Whizzing down Route 28 in Delaware County, you might have seen the flash of colored flags near the intersection with Depot Street, one of the entrances to Fleischmanns. Goatie Whites, a new eatery, debuted on the corner May 23, offering ice cream and barbecue on weekends from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. This Saturday, July Fourth, the new restaurant will expand its offerings to include breakfast and lunch items, with a new opening time of 7 a.m. In honor of Independence Day, the restaurant will host a chicken and ribs barbecue beginning at 4 p.m. until the food is gone.
